(the "Company") announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 6,250,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $10.00 per share.? The Company is offering 5,366,473 shares of common stock and certain selling stockholders are offering an aggregate of 883,527 shares of common stock.?
